If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

RETURNS

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• unused and unworn
• in its original condition
• with all original tags and packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
• items that have been worn or damaged after delivery
• items without original tags
• gift cards (if applicable)

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
